Payment of your annual subscription confirms your acceptance of the Disclosure and Privacy Agreement below. As a member of the Organic Exporters Association of New Zealand , I agree to be bound by the rules contained in the Constitution.e-to-time.

I acknowledge that:
(a) Any personal information provided to the Organic Exporters Association of NZ , whether part of the application process or otherwise lawfully obtained, may be held, used and disclosed by the Organic Exporters Association of NZ to:
- enable the Organic Exporters Association of NZ to administer and maintain my membership and to enable the Organic Exporters Association of NZ to provide me with all of its membership services
- enable the Organic Exporters Association of NZ to provide me with advice and information concerning products and services that the Organic Exporters Association of NZ believes may be of interest
- enable the Organic Exporters Association of NZ to communicate with me for any purpose.
(b) The personal information is held by the Organic Exporters Association of NZ whose registered office is Suite One, 286 Hewitts Road, Palmerston North.
(c) I have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to obtain access to and request correction of any personal information held by the Organic Exporters Association of NZ .
